Call for abstracts
Participants are welcome to submit communications to the conference. Communications will be done as poster presentations, but a limited number of them will be selected to be presented orally. Communication of acceptance will be done before 1st May 2018.
Abstracts must be submitted on-line. No abstracts sent by other means will be accepted.
Abstracts must be written in English and must not exceed 2000 characters including spaces. Tables, graphics, figures and images must not be included in the abstract. Please follow strictly the instructions in the form, as abstracts not conforming to the required format will not be considered.
The personal data of the presenting author must be filled in the submission form. The presenting author must be registered for the Conference before 1st June 2018. Otherwise, the contribution will not be considered for revision and subsequently not included in the programme.
Once the abstract is submitted, the author will receive an e-mail message as confirmation of receipt in which a submission reference number will be stated. Abstracts will be revised by the Organizing Commitee. The notification of acceptance, with a final reference number and presentation instructions for will be sent by e-mail by the Conference Secretariat before 1st May, 2018. Please, make sure that a valid email address is included in the form.
Abstracts will appear in the Conference programme exactly as submitted. Authors are the only responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the data submitted.
Modification and Cancellation policy
Abstracts can be modified at any time until the deadline. Abstracts can be withdrawn by sending a message to email@example.com. Please note that abstracts cancelled after 1st June 2018 can appear in the final programme.
