Registration forms will be processed only when received before 20 November 2009.

Registration fee includes:

• Scientific sessions including coffee-breaks.
• Buffet lunch
• Access to poster areas
• Final programme and book of abstracts
• Certificate of attendance
  

Registration procedure

Registration should be performed on-line using the appropriate form. Participants should fill in the required data and submit the form. A copy of the data received will be shown. If data is correct, users should click on "Confirm" to proceed to the payment section.

Payment is performed through a secure connection. Both bank transfer and credit card (Visa, Master) payment are acceptable. Personal or company check are not acceptable. If bank transfer is requested, your registration will not be completed until a proof of payment is received either by fax (+34 93 413 77 21) or email (md2009@mmb.pcb.ub.es) is received together with a copy of the registration form.

In the case of requesting credit card payment, you must fill the necessary card details and the registration will be completed immediately. Please note that the credit card issuer may request you additional security data.

In both cases an email message showing the state of your registration will be send. Please make sure that a valid email address is included in the registration form and check your anti-spam folder.

Bank transfer details
