I'm a chemist interested in understanding the physico-chemical underlying principle that rule the behaviour of biological systems.

During my PhD, I ran atomistic molecular dynamics simulations of interesting water channel in order to extract the determinants of its properties. This research was conducted in the group of Dr. Bert de Groot at MPI-BPC Göttingen. More under research...

What else do you do?
Finally, I found the time to practice some sports... Still badly playing guitar, going out more often for a drink (ahh... I'm home now!), sometimes an excursion to somewhere. Who cares, anyway.
