FlexServ is a project aimed to show in an easy and visual way flexibility-related properties of proteins.
More info about the tool and a tutorial to start using this web site are available.
Analysis only requires a protein structure. The available types of simulation include Normal Mode Analysis, Brownian Dynamics and Discrete Dynamics. Besides, user provided trajectories can be also analyzed.
The simulatated trajectory is analyzed to show the principal components of movement, predicted B-factors and hinge points, residue correlation and other flexibility related parameters.
